It's easy to get distracted by day-to-day life and become reactive rather than proactive in your efforts.

 

However, that often leads to discontentment, resentment and feeling unfulfilled. Without purpose and direction, you can end up wasting so much time and energy and still not achieve the outcome you want. 

Even amongst all the distractions, it is possible to focus your efforts and find effective ways to get the results you want when you know how. 

Our habits are the things we do day in, day out. They include your behaviours and your thought patterns.
