My Story

I built up a huge amount of knowledge about how our brain and body function during my career as a Physiotherapist and I’ve developed this even further since then when I trained as an NLP Master Coach as well as a Health and Life Coach, Master Hypnotist and Master Practitioner of Timeline Therapy.

You are at the centre of all you do, so if you can optimise how your brain and body function, you will be able to direct your energy and efforts towards getting the things you want, and that are important to you in all areas of your life, and there is no way you won’t succeed.

But when you allow cycles of low energy, frustration, and doubt to kick in, it wastes your precious time and efforts and holds you back from achieving all that you are capable of achieving.


I found this out the hard way back in 2018 when trying to balance the demands of a full-time job in the NHS, on top of my own growing private physio practice and the heavy training schedule required to enable me to compete for GB in my age group in triathlon and duathlon.


I was trying to maintain my drive and best performance in all areas, but I neglected my own wellbeing by constantly trying to push on, without paying sufficient attention to what my brain and body needed to function at their peak. As a result, I would experience burnout, poor sleep, frustratingly deteriorating performance and multiple niggles and injuries. Eventually my body would ‘let me down’ and I would be forced to take some time out to recover my energy and drive before I started the hard push all over again, trying desperately to make up for lost time.


A series of life events lead me to decide that I didn’t want to live that way anymore.


Through a combination of my own personal experience, researching how I could help myself to overcome the barriers I faced day to day, and further training, I have come to recognise that it was never my body that let me down.


In fact, I am now able to use the signals and messages from my brain and body to enable me to maintain consistent drive, focus and energy, so I can perform at my best and get the results I want every day.

My 1:1 coaching programmes are designed to facilitate you to keep pushing forwards towards your goals by helping you to get the most out of your brain and body. I use my expert knowledge in this area to enable you to harness that power and walk the fine line between boom and bust, so you can say goodbye to those frustrating cycles that are currently holding you back from achieving all that you want in your business, health, relationships and more.
